Suggestion Therapy
Effective for problems such as smoking, slimming, nerves, nail biting, fear of flying, stress and confidence building, which require two or three sessions. This form of therapy works by replacing a negative code in the subconscious mind. Once a positive code is taken in by the subconscious mind, a person will feel totally different. Someone who suffers with low confidence can feel “on top of the world” after hypnosis.
Analytical Therapy
Used to discover and remove the root cause of a symptom or anxiety. This works on cause and effect. Every effect (or symptom) must have a cause. When the original cause of the problem is found and removed, a complete and lasting release is achieved and the symptoms disappear.
There is no reason why anyone should put up with something inside themselves but outside their control. In just 6 – 10 weekly sessions, the results achieved may take years with conventional therapy.
