I first became interested in therapy in my mid-twenties to overcome some personal problems of my own. Up to that point felt ‘therapy was a con and all therapist charlatans.’ Amazed at the difference therapy made to me, I decided to look into it in a more professional way and tried numerous different types of therapies to see which worked best.
From this I trained at Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Stress Management. I then trained in Hypno-Analysis with the Hypnotherapy Control Board, the biggest school of its kind in Europe.

After working as a full time therapist, I co-formed Mind Management Therapy Clinic with my wife, a psychologist and hypnotherapist. This quickly established itself as one of Basingstoke's premier clinics, and shortly afterwards I was accepted as a Harley Street practitioner, a highly regarded position. I recently moved to the New Forest are and am developing a new practice in this area.

I,ve just finshed my Gestalt/Humanistic diploma and I recently set up a clinic in London which helps people overcome Trauma and PTSD.
I have many goals which include writing, and working in the voluntary sector to counsel people who are unable to afford their own therapy.

I continue to have therapy of my own when the possibility arises, as I know we can never stop the self discovery journey into becoming better people.
I have supervision and attend training continuously to give his clients the best service possible and use my knowledge of therapy to personalise the right therapy to the right circumstances and the right client.

I have trained in The Psychology of Self-Esteem, PTSD treatment, Childbirth with Hypnosis, NLP phobia cure, Drug Awareness and Addictions, Bereavement and Loss, Brief Therapy Strategies, Lifting Depression, Stress in the Workplace and other specialist training.

I also carry out a number of workshops and seminars and works within the corporate sector using his NLP and coaching techniques on both individuals and groups.
